Basic Life Support/CPR

Basic Life Support training is the essential training that underpins all first aid courses. It is a mandatory requirement for many healthcare providers, either for the maintenance of competency, Continuing Professional Development, maintenance on professional healthcare registers or to comply with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Standards. This course covers basic life support skills primarily for adults, but may include children and infants, if required. It can be modified to include a variety of airway adjuncts if necessary.

It is ideal for GPs, practice & community nurses, dental practitioners, health visitors or any other profession in the care sector who require competency in BLS. CPR taught is in compliance with and to the standard of the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.
